Our return policy allows for 30 days from the delivery date to report an item for a return. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process return requests beyond this timeframe.
You must send back and postmark your return package within 30 days maximum from the delivery date.
To return an item, please visit our Return Request page and submit the request from there, please make sure to follow the instructions indicated in the form and return the package to the address that will show on the confirmation message.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, not altered, not stained or damaged and in the same condition that you have received it, otherwise, the item will be discarded or returned back to you at your own expense.
We do not offer return shipping labels, feel free to ship the package back to us with your preferred shipping courier.
Please note that priority shipping fees are non-refundable (if applicable).

Please do not send your returned items back to the warehouse address on the original package.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of our decision.
If the refund is approved we will refund you in full back to the original payment method which was used to purchase the same item. If you require special handling of your refund process please contact us.
We process refunds within 10-20 days from receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), once processed it might take 5-10 business days to be reflected on your account depending on your bank or credit card company.
Please contact your bank or credit card company to check on your refund status, in case of any inquiry feel free to contact us.
All of our items go through strict quality inspection before they are shipped out. We guarantee that you will receive your item damage-free and in perfect condition.
If your product was received damaged or with a defect, please contact us and we will give you the option to get a full refund or replace the item for free.
Please make sure to send us the evidence (photo or video) of the damaged product in order to process your request correctly.
Damaged or defective items’ reporting is only allowed within 3 days of the delivery date. If you forgot to report a damaged or defective item past 3 days of delivery please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Received the Wrong Product (not what I ordered)
If you have received the wrong product or variation which is different from what you have previously ordered, please submit a Return Request and we will take an action to your satisfaction.
Please make sure to send us the evidence (photo or video) of the wrong product in order to process your request correctly.
Note: Product image colors can be displayed differently depending on the screen, browser, or computer settings and configuration which impacts the color temperature, therefore the actual product color may vary slightly from the images on our online store.
Reporting the incorrect item is only allowed within 3 days of the delivery date. If you forgot to report this past 3 days of delivery please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges, however, you may return an item back to us by submitting a Return Request and placing a new separate order.
If you have made an order by mistake or ordered the wrong variant/item, please contact us immediately (within the same hour of which the order was made) and we will do our best to assist you based on your case. A cancelation fee of 3% + $1.00 might be applied for accidentally placed orders subject to not being processed or dispatched.
Unfortunately, we cannot recall or cancel an order once it has been processed and/or dispatched to our couriers. Such orders will go through the normal return process explained above.
In the case of the package being returned back to us by the shipping company due to the customer’s absence or wrong shipping address, restocking fees might be applied and the original shipping fees might not be refunded. We will not be able to process any refund if the package got damaged or lost while being returned by the shipping company.
In the event of resending the package to the correct address, a resending fee of $5 might be applied to your order.
We are not responsible if the package is stolen/lost after successful delivery confirmation. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you based on your case.
In case the address is entered incorrectly during the checkout, please contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary changes to your order.
