What should I do if I received an incorrect item?

If you have received the wrong product or variation which is different from what you have ordered, please submit a support ticket by visiting our Return Request Page and we will take corrective action.

Please make sure to send us the evidence (photo or video) of the wrong product in order to process your request accordingly.

Note: Product image colors can be displayed differently depending on the screen, browser, or computer settings and configuration which impacts the color temperature, therefore the actual product color may vary slightly from the images on our online store.

Reporting the incorrect item is only allowed within 2 days of the delivery date. If you forgot to report this past 2 days of the delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
